Returns and Exchanges Policy
Thank you for your purchase! If the product is not to your liking, you may be eligible for a return or an exchange. Please email us at email@example.com to request a return.
Eligible product returns:
- MUST still have the tags and receipt of purchase in the return package.
- MUST be in original condition (cannot be torn, stained, or otherwise damaged).
- MUST be returned within thirty (30) days after delivery.
Products ineligible for returns:
- Damaged by customer (torn, stained, ect).
- Products received over thirty days before.
If a product is damaged during shipping, photographic proof of damages are required before the return can be processed.
If you wish to exchange the product for a different one, please mention in your email which item you want for your exchange. You will be reimbursed/charged any leftover cost once the exchange is processed.
Please allow us three (3) days after receiving the return to process it before the refund/exchange is issued. (Receival of return might take longer or shorter depending on where the customer ships from.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return.
If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must do so BEFORE the product is shipped in order to be refunded.
